Due to Covid orders ship with 48 hours or being placed. We do not ship Friday-Sunday.
We ensure that every single customer who buys our popcorn online receives the freshest and most awesome tasting popcorn on the planet. Planet Popcorn products are not made weeks in advance and stored in huge warehouses like some of our competitors. Our products are made fresh daily and shipped fresh, one order at a time. We do this to ensure the maximum freshness of every order we sell and ship.
Orders ship on Monday-Thursday (excluding holidays).This ensures that every order we ship has the freshest (just made) popcorn. We want our customers to feel 100% confident (whether buying our products for their own consumption, or giving our products as a gift), that every product we sell and ship online will ALWAYS have the freshest and most out of this world tasting popcorn on the plane.
- Flat Rate Shipping: USPS and FedEx, ground shipping options.
- FedEx Premium: Standard Overnight and 2-Day Overnight. (calculated at checkout)- Standard Overnight – Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas; and by 8 p.m. to residences.- 2-Day Overnight – By 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 8 p.m. to residences).
Orders are accepted online for delivery within the US and Canada. We offer retail sales of our products in stadiums and sporting venues throughout the United States, at the Queen Mary in Long Beach and Crafted at The Port of Los Angeles.PlanetPopcorn.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit card payments online. - Address Book: You will find your default billing and shipping address here, you can also add more options for billing or shipping as well. These options will show up on the order page when you are asked to choose a billing and shipping address.
- My Orders: You can see all of your past orders here; you can also print invoices as well.
- Billing Agreements: This is the agreement area for customers who have reoccurring orders with Planet Popcorn such as a corporate gift programs or reseller programs, fundraising and the flavor of the month popcorn club.
- Reoccurring Profiles: This is the profile sections for reoccurring accounts; you can edit or add information for your monthly reoccurring orders here.
- My Product Reviews: When you give your review on a Planet Popcorn product, the review will be displayed here. All you need to give a review is an account; you can create a free account by going to the My Account section.
- My Tags: You can add your own tags to our products; once you add a tag to a product you can come here and view the tags you have added.
- My Wishlist: You can view the items you have collected on your wishlist here. You have the options to add your wishlist items to your cart, update your wishlist and share your wishlist by email.
